Pilates is a great full-body workout done in the relaxing environment of Salt and Light's Dance Studio. ​Bring your own mat, or use one of ours, and come and expect a fun, positive class, with a trained teacher to help guide you. We will work on core strength, flexibility, and toning of muscles at a pace that is individual to each participant. This class is for adults, but kids are welcome to play in our side room.
